Patient Relation Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to patients to check on their well-being and medicine requisition
- Follow up with patients regarding their health and doctor checkups
- Register and answer patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM
- Update conversations in CRM and share feedback with concerned teams
- Handle patient complaints and pacify them
**Requirements**:
- Graduate degree
- 1 years of experience in voice calling
- Good communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to listen proactively and handle work well
- Language skills: English and Hindi
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound voice: 1 year (preferred)
