Lucknow, India JCB Alliance Industrial Marketing Full time

Target achievement of Parts, Lube, AMC, Workshop and Paid labor along with ATP Profitability. Proper complaint allocation to SE's as and when required. Follow up on the complaints and timely resolution of all the complaints
- Ensuring Projection from all the SE's through CCR, Calling to customers by self, Mandatory service followup. Proper interaction and communication with walkin customers
- Availability of Stocks by proper Order planning and ensure NO DEAD Stocks also arrengement of parts from HO as per customers requirement
- Daily/Weekly report submission of all the reports related to Audit and cash deposit in bank as per company's norms
- Ensuring proper house keeping of the store and effective utilization of space available for inventory. Maintaining budget discipline.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
