SCOPE OF WORKThis position is responsible for developing immediate and medium-term Growth Strategies for the assigned geographies & executing in year plans to achieve patient volumes, value, channel network and market share in the region to impact top line. This position effects overall growth of territory in terms of revenue & team productivity. This position manages 20% of company revenue.

Revenue GrowthDeliver sales objectives by driving patient volume, value, market share and driving top line by effectively managing channel partnersEnsure that the team meets monthly sales targets in terms of both revenue generation and collectionsIdentify, create and develop new market opportunitiesPlan marketing strategies for BTL activities etc for the region in line with the business planImplement new project and initiatives in the region for revenue growthManage Credit control

Channel ExpansionExpand channel by appointing new B2C partners and create network of collection centersAppoint and generate business from B2B partners like hospitals, labs, clinics etc.Seek new ways of revenue and brand expansion by doing various activities with the channel partners.Ensure recovery of due and maintain days outstanding as per the standard

Analytics & Market InsightThorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, customer, competition, pricing and overall marketing practicesUse data and insights to develop market strategiesShould continuously evaluate market/ Competition trends and adjust tactics to take advantage of changes in the market

Key Relationships ManagementManage business of Key Accounts in the region like big hospitals, labs etcManage relationships with Lab Partner and create win-win outcomesMaintain business relationships with decision makers in medical industry..Relationship building with external authorities as appropriate.

Team ManagementMaintain sales staff job oriented by ensuring right recruitment, counselling, orienting, training and disciplining.Track attrition of sales team of the region and adapting best retention strategiesSales Team productivity management and build plans to improve.

Experience : 15-20 yearsEducation Background : MBA in sales & marketing from premier B-school onlyExperience/Background : Preferred experience of diagnostics industry, managed multiple state and workforce above 75+ sales team. Should be managing revenue above 250+ Cr.
