We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Sales Executive **to contribute to generating sales for our company from Inbound & Outbound Calls. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Key Skills**
Outgoing and energetic attitude, Good listening skills, Multi-tasking ability, Excellent problem-solving capabilities, Computer experience, Good Communication

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Graduation, 1-3 years industry experience
