Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer issues and how to improve the customer experience.

- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues and determine solutions swiftly.
- Patience: Maintaining a calm demeanor and patience, especially with difficult customers.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changes quickly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,862.86 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
