Customer Service Representative

As a Jewellery Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to assist clients in selecting the perfect pieces, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless purchasing process. You will embody our brand values and deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide detailed information about jewellery items, including materials, care, and styling tips.
- **Sales Support**: Achieve sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling. Engage customers with knowledge and passion for our jewellery collections.
- **Order Processing**: Accurately process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain clear records of customer interactions.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory checks, restocking displays, and ensuring the showroom is tidy and well-organized.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about new collections, trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a cohesive team environment and ensure operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail, customer service, or jewellery is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Passion for jewellery and fashion, with an eagerness to learn and share knowledge with customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
