Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, including features, care instructions, and customization options, to inform and assist customers effectively.
- **Order Support**: Manage order processing, tracking, and delivery inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding effective solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services, sharing valuable information with the team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and production teams to relay customer preferences and feedback, ensuring alignment and enhancing service delivery.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in our CRM system to support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
