Active Edu Technologies is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to skill development. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments within the organization.
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- **Front Desk Management**:

- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Oversee general office upkeep, including cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes when necessary.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage logistics, catering, and other details for successful event execution.
- **Document Preparation**:

- Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure documents adhere to established formatting and branding standards.
- **Communication Liaison**:

- Serve as a communication liaison between employees and management.
- Disseminate relevant information to staff through various communication channels.
- **HR Support**:

- Assist in HR-related activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant work experience in office administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,167.21 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
