Job Responsibilities
- Review and prepare reports for senior management
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management
- Independent communication and well-spoken English
- Bilingual
- Interface with senior management
- Preferred background in guest relations

- Act as a point of contact
- Following up on payments
- Sale deeds, builder documents, welcome letter etc to prepare for the clients
- Providing receipts and working closely with the accounts team
- Preparing reports like the debtors list for maintenance of inflow and outflow
- Build rapport with clients and ask for referrals
- Maintain inventory reports
- Respond to clients on google reviews
- Cooridnate with the sales and marketing team
- Maintain records with client data etc
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in finance, CRM, sales and other business related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Understand Real estate market and trends
- Must be well-organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations
- Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi are a plus
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
- Good negotiation and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts
- Self-starter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve immediate problems while building toward long-term goals
- Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
