Reception Office Assistant

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply orders.
- **IT Support Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between employees and the IT department for technical support requests.
- Assist with setting up workstations, including installing software and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Coordinate equipment repairs or maintenance with external vendors as needed.
- **Visitor and Vendor Management**:
- Monitor visitor access and issue visitor badges as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Arrange catering, audiovisual equipment, and other logistics for events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
