Job Description: Appointment Setter (UK & AUS Sales - Software & Web Development)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our sales team and drive appointment bookings across multiple online channels. In this role, you will engage potential clients in the UK through various platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other sales channels. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to prospects on social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Engage with leads through direct messaging and other outreach methods to understand their needs.
- Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with our services.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update records of interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Experience 3+ years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of lead generation.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
