**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Setting**:

- Contact prospective clients to set up medical appointments for healthcare professionals.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:

- Identify potential leads through demand generation strategies.
- Qualify leads based on criteria and pass them to the relevant department if necessary.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide necessary information to clients and resolve any initial queries.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups to confirm appointments and maintain engagement with leads.
- **Data Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in CRM systems.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or appointment setting in a BPO or KPO environment.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Experience with US markets and healthcare industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask efficiently.

**Additional Requirements**:
