**Key Responsibilities**:

- To greet patients and schedule the appointments
- Responsible to handle patients and looking after their services from admission to follow-up consultation.
- Attend phone calls and provides necessary information/appointments.
- Maintaining the OPD patient's records and front office registers.
- Coordinating visiting consultants.
- Resolve all concerns associated with patient billing, if any
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Lead business generation activities through tele calling
