### Job Profile: Front Office Receptionist for Chartered Accountant Office
**Position**: Front Office Receptionist
**Location**: Vanchiyoor
**Reports to**: Office Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Interaction**: Attend and greet clients professionally, manage appointments, and handle inquiries.
2. **Fee Management**: Request and collect professional fees from clients during visits.
3. **Billing**: Prepare and send monthly professional invoices to clients. Ensure timely collection of data for monthly professional services.
4. **GST Filing Coordination**: Ensure collection or confirmation of GST data from clients for monthly filings. Distribute copies of filed GST returns along with invoices.
5. **Client Information Management**: Gather and arrange client data for monthly filings, maintaining clear records.
6. **Communication**: Handle all correspondence related to client services, invoices, and filing details with excellent written and verbal communication.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluency in English**: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple client details, appointments, and monthly tasks.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Professional and courteous in client interactions, maintaining positive client relations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in billing, data collection, and follow-up.
- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: Understanding of professional billing and GST filings (preferred but not essential).
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
**Working Hours**: 9.30 to 6pm
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
