- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist counselors and administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality of student information at all times.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
