We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client facing Connections team as a Network Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the participant list and adding clients and specialists to our conference bridges for seamless virtual meetings to facilitate consultations. Your primary objective will be to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all participants, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

**This is a contractual role for a 4 month period at our Mumbai office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing conference bridge access for our Clients and Specialists
- Ensuring smooth meeting operations by actively monitoring participant arrivals, admitting them into the conference, and managing any latecomers or unexpected attendees
- Administering conference bridge performance
- Document any technical issues, generate reports as needed to analyze meeting performance and identify areas for improvement
- Working closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, and other stakeholders to schedule virtual meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree (BSc in IT or equivalent will be a plus)
- Strong understanding/̦Proven experience of how to operate a conference bridge system (Zoom, ZipDx, Microsoft teams, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to effectively multi-task across a range of projects at any one time
- Strong organization and prioritization skills in order to manage several diaries to a high standard
- A degree or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in computer science, IT, or a related field is a plus
- Strong technical proficiency in Zoom and related tools, including participant management, meeting setup, troubleshooting, and security settings.
- A flexible and adaptable personality combined with a resourceful and positive attitude is essential
- Ability to identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
