Job description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing departments, and corporate gifting managers.
- Understand clients' gifting requirements, budget constraints, and branding guidelines to offer customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Present and promote eCraftindia's product range effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospecting efforts using CRM 2+ Years of experience into Corporate Gifting Sales.
- Strong understanding of the institutional and corporate gifting market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of eCraftindia's products.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with corporate clients, influencing decision-making and driving sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals and revenue targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel, as required, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
