**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Location**:

- **J.B. Nagar, Andheri (East), Mumbai**

**Roles & Responsibilities of Job**:
**-**Acquire new clients (FIIs/Domestic FIs) and build the Institutional client base for Institutional Brokerage business
- **-**Responsible for overall Institutional Business and handling and expanding portfolios of clients for Institutional Equity
- **-**Identify, convert & develop successful business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, & other Institutional Investor segments for Equity sales
- **-**Prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationship accounts
- **-**Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with institutional clients
- **-**Interacting with Institutional clients i.e. MFs, Insurance Cos, Banks, FII for regular business
- **-**Maintaining cordial relationships with Dealers, HODs, Fund managers and coordinating with research -team for trading fundamental calls
- **-**Meeting the clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements
- **-**To do develop the business and generate the revenue
- **-**Coordinating with the research team and advising the clients regarding the same
- **-**Maintain records of clients and provide timely progress reports to management
- **-**Coordinating meet between research team with various kind of institutions and corporate**Skills Required for the Successful Accomplishment of the Job**:
**-**He/She should be mandatory having experience in Institutional Equity Sales NOT in retail sales.
- **-**Excellent client connection with Fund Managers OR Analyst in MFs/ Insurance Cos/ Banks/other Institutional Investor segments.
- **-**Proficiency for presenting and debating a point under pressure;.
- **-**Must have excellent communication skills
- **-**Strong team-working skills, able to build and maintain efficient business relationships
- **-**Relationship skills
- **-**Knowledge about market practices and process
