Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders within targeted institutions.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each institutional partner.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, marketing, and operations, to customize solutions that align with institutional partners' demands.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models that effectively convey the value of our products and services.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and agreement finalization with institutional partners, ensuring a win-win outcome.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to identify potential areas for innovation.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and establish strong connections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and resources for institutional partners.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing sales progress, challenges, and recommendations for further growth.
