Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting institutions, such as 5-star hotels, clubs, and A-grade restaurants, to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Identify potential institutional partners through research, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Build and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders within targeted institutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each institutional partner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, marketing, and operations, to customize solutions that align with institutional partners' demands.
- Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models that effectively convey the value of our products and services.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and agreement finalization with institutional partners, ensuring a win-win outcome.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to identify potential areas for innovation.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and establish strong connections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and resources for institutional partners.
- Prepare regular reports detailing sales progress, challenges, and recommendations for further growth.
