**Role: Marketing Representative**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled marketing professional with experience in the Indian Railways field to join our team as a Marketing Representative. This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and services within the Indian Railways industry and handle the liaison work for product approvals in railway bodies like RDSO, RCF, MCF, ICF, CLW, BLW etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the Indian Railways industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies for our offerings within the Indian Railways market.
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads, drive website traffic, and increase customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian Railways sector, including railway authorities, vendors, and industry associations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies in the Indian Railways field.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase our products and expand our network within the Indian Railways industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Proven experience in marketing within the Indian Railways industry
- Strong understanding of the Indian Railways market, including customer profiles, distribution channels, and competition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and deliver impactful presentations

**Experience: 3 years minimum**
**CTC: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
