We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Noida.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Meetings with Healthcare Professionals**:
Schedule and conduct regular meetings with dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to introduce and promote our skincare products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community.
- **Product Presentation and Training**:
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our skincare products to healthcare professionals.

Conduct product training sessions for doctors and their staff to ensure a thorough understanding of our product line.
- **Sales and Business Development**:
Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- **Market Research**:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences and competitor strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Develop and maintain a database of healthcare professionals, including contact information and preferences.

Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or skincare industry.
- Strong understanding of dermatology and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Noida and surrounding areas.
- Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
