Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Account Representative at Accident Centers of Texas. The Patient Account Representative will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, managing medical terminology and insurance-related tasks, and typing documents. The role will require strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and handling patient inquiries
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
  • Familiarity with Medicare billing and regulations
  • Proficient typing skills with accuracy and speed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
