Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at Visdum located in Noida. As an SDR, you will be responsible for inside sales activities, lead generation, communication, and driving sales growth. You will identify and engage prospective clients, build relationships, and promote Visdum's sales compensation software.


Experience Required : 1-3 years


Requirements:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation through personalised emails, LinkedIn
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Create Engagement and meeting through LinkedIn Invites and Messages
  • Create and Maintain Database of Prospects according to their Buyer Personas
  • Extract relevant data and insights from our platforms like Apollo.io, or HubSpot
  • Should have good business writing and communication skills.

  • Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Communication
  • Good communication and business writing skills
  • Strong sales and business development abilities
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
