Business Development and Sales Executive Opening

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales strategy.
- Monitor and manage the complete lifecycle of leads generated via marketing campaigns.
- Counsel potential learners over a call to inform them about a product and help them make better career decisions.
- Call leads, understand their interests, and pitch our electric vehicle course.
- Enroll possible leads in our electric vehicle course.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Make sales ethically without any false promises.
- Report progress, conversion, and challenges to management on a daily basis and effectively manage CRM tools.
- Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach.
- Visualize, manage, and achieve targets.

Skills & Requirements:

- Good work experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in telesales & cold calling
- Ability to convince people with logical reasoning.
- Art of converting a potential lead to customers.
- Ability to understand potential customers, their pain points, and offer them solutions that can be a win-win for both customers and the company.
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- Integrity, ethics, honesty, and strong work discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles or technical fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.
