**Job description**:

- Working closely with the senior BD team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the marketing and sales team
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Documenting the sales process and closing
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Familiarity with same & marketing software tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiar with platforms like Upwork & LinkedIn sales navigator.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Co-ordination with internal team to create marketing collateral
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to implement growth strategies.
- Use social media channels to create posts and pitch in with your ideas for enhancing social media strategy and branding.
- Analyze markets, create plan and strategies on how to increase market share.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field or Computer Science from a reputable university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of any Business Development tools like LinkedIn Navigator would be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
