Kochi Kerala, India DTC Air Conditions Full time

**Location: Kochi, Kerala**

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at DTC Air Conditions in Kochi. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to ensure the smooth operation of sales-related activities and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating sales activities effectively.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations for the sales representatives.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales orders, and payments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide relevant information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry or related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local market in Kochi and surrounding areas is advantageous.
