**Job Description: IT Software Sales Representative**

**Position Title**: IT Software Sales Representative

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Director

**Location**: Kochi

**About the Role**:
As an IT Software Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Your primary goal is to identify customer needs, present and demonstrate appropriate software solutions, and close sales. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and customer relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).

Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

Present and demonstrate software products, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.

Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and competitors.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's software products and services.

Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and pipeline management.

Accurately forecast sales performance and track progress against sales targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Close sales deals and ensure timely contract execution.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
Work closely with the product development and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

Share customer feedback with the product team to influence future product development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in software sales or IT sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
Strong understanding of software solutions and IT industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to clients.

Proficiency in CRM softwares.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
