**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered
- Perform accurate, timely input/keying of required data fields on client transactions in accordance with department procedures/guidelines.
- Familiarizing with new processes and updates as they are introduced.
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner
- Enter data from source documents into a prescribed computer database, files, and forms
- Comply with data integrity and security policies

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or +12 from any stream
- 0-1-year experience in BPO/Back office
- Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow up on pending issues
- Ability to work in a team environment
- The flexibility to work rotational shifts
