Key Responsibilities

  • Literature Review: Perform extensive literature reviews to support research objectives and frameworks.
  • Statistical Analysis: Analyze collected data using statistical software to derive meaningful insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive project execution.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Candidates typically hold a Master's degree in fields such as Political Science, Social Work, Public Health, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: While 0-2 years of experience is preferred, candidates with relevant internships or project work may also be considered.

Skills Required
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
