As an Office Administrator cum Accountant, you will be responsible for managing both administrative and accounting tasks. You will work closely with various teams within the company to ensure efficient office operations and accurate financial records. Your role will include:
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintaining organized filing systems.
- Assisting in the onboarding of new employees.
- Managing office schedules and ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
**Accounting Responsibilities**:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Recording financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
- Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Managing payroll and employee expense reports.
- Assisting with year-end audits and tax filings.
Salary : 10000 - 15000
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
