Administration Assistant

Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clients.dministrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Duties include
- Answer and direct phone calls of clients
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Maintain client lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Book trainings for clients
- Provide information by answering questions and requests of clients
- Handle multiple projects
- Assistance in various registration process of the clients
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Conduct data entry
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
