**Job Overview**:
will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring the

company's financial stability through meticulous bookkeeping practices. This role is essential to the

financial health of the company, ensuring proper recording of financial transactions, reconciliations,

and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Maintain Financial Records**: Record all day-to-day financial transactions and complete the

posting process.

**- Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded

accurately.

**- Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable,

ensuring timely payments and collections.

**- Expense Tracking**: Track and categorize expenses, ensuring proper documentation and

approvals.

**- Payroll Processing**: Assist in processing payroll by preparing data and ensuring employees

are paid accurately and on time.

**- Prepare Financial Reports**: Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports such

as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

**- Tax Preparation**: Assist with tax preparation and filing by ensuring all financial data is

organized and up to date.

**- Compliance**: Ensure that financial records are kept in accordance with legal and company

policies.

**- Support Audits**: Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary financial

documentation.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
**- Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.

**- Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not

mandatory).

**- Proficiency in Accounting Software**: Hands-on experience with software like QuickBooks,

Xero, or similar tools.

**- Strong Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accurate financial records and spot errors

quickly.

**- Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage

multiple tasks efficiently.

**- Understanding of Accounting Principles**: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and

standards.

**- Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve financial

inconsistencies.**- Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality regarding financial information and sensitive

company data.

**- Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively

interact with internal teams and external vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations is a plus.
