- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process client reimbursements and handle related inquiries.
- Address client and payor concerns related to financial transactions and billing.
- Pull financial data and reports to assist with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients to resolve financial issues.
- Work independently to solve problems and seek assistance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Expertise in financial reconciliations and client reimbursements.
