**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate books of **inward** and **outward stock** for materials such as aluminum scrap and finished products (e.g., aluminum circles).
Document daily production stages: hot, cold, annealing, ready, and delivered.
- **Financial Management**:
Record all cash and credit transactions related to sales and purchases.
Track expenses, payments, and petty cash flow.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial summaries for management.
- **Inventory Tracking**:
Maintain a log of raw materials received and ensure quantities match purchase orders.
Track finished product deliveries and pending orders by size, weight, and process stage.
- **Reporting**:
Prepare regular inventory and financial reports for management review.
Highlight discrepancies in stock or transactions and suggest corrective measures.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
- **Coordination**:
Liaise with suppliers and customers to verify transactions.
Collaborate with the production and delivery teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
