Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential prospects from a provided list or database to introduce our products/services and create interest in our offerings.
- Appointment Setups: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads who have shown interest in learning more about our products/services.
- Secondary Research: Conduct research to identify and gather relevant information about potential clients, industry trends, and market insights to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability for our products/services and their potential as viable opportunities for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, status, and outcomes using the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze lead generation performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve lead generation techniques.
- Professional Representation: Maintain a professional and positive image of the company during all interactions with potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections during cold calling.
Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, though not mandatory.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
A passion for marketing, lead generation, and achieving targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
