Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Deliver persuasive pitches to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
