Administrative Office Assistant

SPD Constructions Ltd. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for day-to-day Computer Typing Operator cum small administrative office work with knowledge of MS Office having proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, excellent letter drafting skills, strong written skill in English (spelling & grammars).
Ø _**Key Responsibilities**_:
- Assist the Officer In-charge in day-to-day tasks and projects
- Preparation of Draft Letters for Client/Sub-contractor/vendor, etc.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and data analysis
- Draft and edit letters, memos, and other correspondence
- Preparation of Power Point Presentation as per requirement.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- Place purchase orders and monitor shipment progress.
- Efficiently manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, payments, and received stock as well as procurement transactions.
- Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations.
Ø _**Experience**_: Minimum 2-3 year in the relevant field/office work.
Ø _**Qualification**_: Graduation having minimum 60% marks. (Minimum 70% marks in English)
Ø _**Salary**_: Negotiable
Ø _**Location**_: NOIDA (UP).
