Office Assistant

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Noida. The Office Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, administrative assistance, communication, coordination with various departments and operating office equipment.
**Responsibilities**
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain trusting relationships between SME, TL, HODs and Leadership.
- Handling projects that are given time to time.
- Preparing MIS reports for the leadership.
- Organize and maintain content on a daily basis.
**Qualifications**
- Graduate - Energetic and passionate freshers are also welcome.
- Phone etiquette, administrative assistance, and communication skills
- Familiarity with operating office equipment
- Proficiency in general clerical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in the publishing industry is a plus
