Overview:
Cyamsys Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office
Administrator and HR Executive to manage our office operations, including tender filing, accounting,
excellent communication and multitasking skills.
**Responsibilities**:
Tender Filing:
- Prepare, manage, and file tenders accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and maintain organized records.
Accounting:
- Maintain financial records and process invoices.
- Manage payroll, expense reports, and reconcile accounts.
- Utilize accounting software for accurate bookkeeping.
Client Follow-up:
- Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up on leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
promptly.
Office Management:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
