**We're Hiring an Executive Assistant For a Leading Hospitality Company -only female**
**Location: Worli**
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized Executivel assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**:
1) Attending all phone calls and transferring to concerned person
2) Admin to see that conference is empty with proper chairs and ac for next meeting
3) Booking flight tickets though credit cards miles..
4) Hotel and cab booking abroad
5) Visa process6) Connecting calls to sir
7) Maintain his wine list, IPRs list properl
8) Meeting list update on google and his diary
**Personal Assistant Requirements**:
- Graduate / Post graduate
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / personal assistant
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
