**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role Manages Windows Servers.
- Manage Linux Server Network Security with various Monitoring Systems. Disaster Recovery Plans/ Maintains Backups of Servers and Files.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent knowledge on FortiGate Firewalls.
- History of working in an Active Directory domain environment. Proficient in software installs and troubleshooting.
- Preferred Working Experience on IPSec, AWS, VPN, SSL, URL filtering, Application control, Gateway, Antivirus, and IPS.
- Biometric Installation and Configuration for Attendance Reports Software and Hardware maintenance
- Experience in ERP software Knowledge
- SAP B1 is an added advantage
- Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding.
- Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptop
- Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
