- Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial planning.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update office databases and filing systems.
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.

**Accounting Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular financial audits.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Assist with the on boarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

**Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external parties.
- Distribute internal communications and announcements.

**Facility Management**:

- Ensure the office is well-maintained and conducive to a productive work environment.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in office administration and accounting roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and basic knowledge of office management tools.

**Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.**
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Qualification**
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred but not always required. Relevant work experience may be considered.
- 1 year experience in office administration.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
