Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and organization of the office space, including ordering and managing office supplies, coordinating with maintenance personnel, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize important company documents, records, and files. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for staff. Prepare meeting materials and take minutes when necessary.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees, clients, and external partners. Maintain effective communication channels within the office.
Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
Financial Records: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling receipts.
HR Support: Assist the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee benefits.
Technology Support: Provide basic IT support, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and coordinate with IT specialists when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.

Accountant Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
Budget Management: Assist in developing budgets, monitor spending, and provide financial reports to help management make informed decisions.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and provide guidance on tax planning strategies.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on analysis findings.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Audit Preparation: Prepare documentation and assist in the preparation for external audits and examinations.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, taxes, and deductions, and ensure timely payroll disbursements.
Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
Vendor and Client Relations: Manage financial transactions with vendors and clients, reconcile accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
