As a personal assistant of the chairman at the Rehaan Global Pvt Ltd., you will serve as the right - hand person to our management team, providing indispensable support to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. You will have to assist the executive administration staff. The Personal assistant will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to set up the company conference room for important meetings.

**Responsibilities-**
- Organizing and managing the schedules of our Chairman, ensuring they are aware of upcoming appointments, meetings and deadlines.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
- Assist in Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities, tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research and analysis.
- Handling documentation such as memos, reports and presentations, ensuring they are well -organized, formatted correctly, and readily accessible when needed.
- Managing travel arrangements for our management team, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Demonstrating utmost discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and personal matters.
- Proactively identifying potential issues or challenges and taking appropriate measures to resolve them or escalate them to the management team as needed.
- Helping to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- 24*7 Availability on calls.

**Required Skills-**
- Having good knowledge of MS OFFICE.
- Good Communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to do multitask and prioritize daily workload.

**Qualification-** Any Post Graduated

**Salary -** up to 15k

**Minimum Experience-** 2 years

**Working Hours-** 8 hrs. (Flexible)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
