**Responsibilities**:
- **Point of Contact**: Act as the primary liaison between the manager and internal or external clients.
- **Phone Calls and Correspondence**: Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence.
- **Requests and Queries**: Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- **Diary Management**: Manage the manager’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements as needed.
- **Note-Taking**: Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
- **Office Supplies**: Source and manage office supplies.
- **Reports and Presentations**: Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- **Filing System**: Devise and maintain an organized office filing system.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- **Work Experience**: Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- **Office Knowledge**: Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Office.
- **Organizational Skills**: Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Discretion**: Maintain confidentiality.
- **Education**: High School degree; a PA diploma or certification is advantageous.
Pay: ₹11,286.49 - ₹31,867.95 per month
