**About the CEO and Co-Founder**:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B. Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
**Responsibilites**:
1. Manage the end-to-end business development and execution for key accounts across IC, modern trade, and corporate partners
2. Work on negotiating deals/implementing programs at scale
3. Work using data and analytics while building on client conversations
4. Work seamlessly with large cross-functional teams and meet timelines
5. Work with the team to correct market working discipline, daily targets vs achievement tracking
6. Maintain the organization standard w.r.t. quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion for accounts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
