**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute menus for Indian and Chinese cuisine, ensuring high-quality and authentic dishes.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following traditional recipes and culinary standards.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet the highest standards of taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes, menus, and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor food costs and waste to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests, providing excellent service and culinary experiences.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance culinary offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisine, preferably in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian and Chinese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development and dish presentation.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
