Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you'll provide exceptional support to our staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless administrative functions. If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a organized workspace
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
