Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies and pitches accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Keep abreast of market developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company's values and reputation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT or web development industry, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with web development technologies, digital marketing, and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
