**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively follow up with patients and leads to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate and nurture leads through regular communication and engagement.
- Address customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service.
- Ability to handle objections, resolve issues effectively, and close sales confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
